I’ll work with you to unravel the story that has shaped you into the individual you are today. We’ll brainstorm core topics to discover the elements that should be highlighted in your personal statement, supplemental essays, and resume. Together, we’ll discover skills, interests, and core values that make you…well, you. 

Uncover Your Voice

Together, we’ll find your writing voice that will set the tone for your essays and make you stand out from the thousands of applicants applying alongside you. We’ll play around with structure and decide on the best way to communicate your story to strangers.

Answer the Questions Asked

We’ll break the questions down to each of your college prospects, whether they be for the UC’s PIQ (Personal Insight Questions) or Common Application Essays (including Supplemental Essays), or Scholarship Essays. Together, we’ll be sure that you stick to the prompt and answer what is asked of you. 

Keep Organized and On Task

I’ll make sure you’re not pulling all nighters or waiting until the last minute to complete your drafts for our meetings. We’ll discuss time-management strategies so that you can work smarter all the way up to college essay application season.
